Our internal monitoring system resides on a private network range within the datacenter so no security issues arise from allowing access through firewalls. Our external monitoring server monitors services over the web, much like your customers or employees, to troubleshoot server level problems vs. general internet routing problems. If you have a need for ultimate monitoring, clients are loaded that will monitor CPU usage, CPU temp, Ram Usage, Disk Space, Oracle databases, etc. All monitoring statistics and information are available online through our dedicated customer portal.
